This is not a very well known fact, but a seller on eBay cannot leave negative for a buyer. Only a buyer can leave negative for a seller. This partly explains why so many buyers, after finding out they have purchased a fake item, never leave negative to warn others, as they are afraid of being left a negative by the seller. In fact some sellers will threaten to leave negative unless the buyer leaves a positive feedback first before giving them a refund.

So never allow a seller to bully you into leaving a positive, and if you buy a fake or the seller tries to fiddle you in some way, then be sure to leave negative feedback. But only do this if you are sure the seller is a trickster or knowingly selling fakes, as nobody is perfect and anyone can make a mistake.
