This is Paul Moss, our Vinyl Record specialist editor. Paul has been collecting records from way back when Vinyl Records were the only thing you found in a record store! Paul is also a musician and plays guitar and keyboards in a number of bands around the south east of England. His own collection is very extensive indeed, and includes just about everything the Beatles have ever released plus vinyl from most genres, and does admit to having some CD's as well! 

Vinyl records are again the way to listen to music and new record stores are cropping up all over the country, Some have been around for a long time having managed to survive the years of cassette tapes, CD's, mini discs and downloads. Most towns now seem to have at least one vinyl store and even HMV etc are now stocking vinyl again, although you will normally find the independent store has the knowledge to help you find that rare album or single.
