Every autograph we sell is accompanied by our Certificate of Authenticity (COA), providing a permanent record of the item and its sale.

Each certificate includes:

• The name of the person or persons who signed the item.
• The date the autograph was sold.
• The purchase price (optional).

If you are purchasing an item as a gift, we are happy to omit the purchase price from the certificate or, if preferred, record it discreetly on the reverse. Simply let us know when placing your order.

Our Certificate of Authenticity also includes our full business contact details. We believe that a COA should always identify the issuing dealer and provide clear contact information so that collectors can verify its origin if required.

To further protect both our customers and the integrity of our certificates, every COA is issued with a matching two-part, uniquely numbered security label. One label is affixed to the Certificate of Authenticity, while the corresponding matching label is attached to the reverse of the signed item.

This security system helps maintain the link between the autograph and its certificate. Unfortunately, within the autograph market there have been instances where genuine certificates have become separated from their original items and later paired with unrelated or counterfeit material. The use of matching numbered security labels makes this significantly more difficult and provides collectors with an additional level of confidence in the authenticity and provenance of their purchase.
